The first form has four separate tabs. The first tab is the base question that attempts to establish the correct contact to speak to.
The second tab is the telephone dialling control tab from which the phone calls can be made.
The third tab is provided so that a contact can be added to Maximizer off the MaxForms form.
The fourth tab allows editing of existing information within Maximizer relating to the contact.
The form 2.zmf is the "home" question. In this demo it includes one question and the underlying logic to go to either the appropriate final screen 3.zmf or to the next question form 7.zmf.
The form 3.zmf is the final screen for those with no website. The other questions are irrelevant to these.
The form 4.zmf is the final screen for those with a website but no orders taken off it. The other questions are irrelevant to these.
The form 5.zmf is the final screen for those with a website with orders taken off it but no link to their sales order system. The other question is irrelevant to these.
The form 6.zmf is the final screen for those with a website with orders taken off it and a link to their sales order system but no integration to their stock control system.
The form 7.zmf is the final screen for those with a fully integrated website with orders taken off it and a links to their sales order and stock control systems. The sales line here is about a security review
The form 8.zmf is the third question. It includes one question and the underlying logic to go to either the appropriate final screen 5.zmf or to the next question form 9.zmf.
The form 9.zmf is the fourth question. It includes one question and the underlying logic to go to either the appropriate final screen 6.zmf or to the next question form 10.zmf.
